HFHC Healthcare provides carers and support workers to support individuals who live in their own home, including single and multiple occupancy supported living communities.
Support includes personal care and physical support, mental health support and companionship for people needing a little extra help – from a few hours a week to 24-hour care.
Our specialist services include care for older people as well as supporting people with physical and mental health conditions, autism and learning disabilities. This covers a wide range of conditions including dementia, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Bespoke care packages are carefully built around each individual to offer the most effective and respectful support, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Supported Living Support WorkerWAGE:
£11.34 – £13.13 per hour
THE ROLE:We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team at HFHC Healthcare. For this role, you will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.
We look for 5 key qualities in our Support Workers – integrity, self-awareness, humility, passion and pro-activeness. If you hold these, then read on to learn more about this exciting role.
As a Support Worker you’ll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals living within the home. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live an ‘ordinary’ life. Therefore we are looking for staff members that want to be out every day, engaging in different, exciting and fun activities and encouraging the Individuals We Support to try new things.
HOURS:Early shift – 7/8am – 2/3pm
Late shift – 2/3pm – 9/10pm
One 14 hour shift, alternate weekends working
Standby sleep ins
2 week rolling rota
LOCATION:Lincolnshire

Complex Care AssistantWAGE:
£10.88 – £11.08 an hour
THE ROLE:HFHC Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a number of Complex Care Assistants for our
clients, based in Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.The role involves providing care and support to elderly clients, clients with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in their own home. Shifts are long duration, predominantly 4 – 14 hours.
HFHC Healthcare is at the forefront of delivering high quality care, with family values at the centre of our services.
We provide full training, flexible working hours to suit your needs, and career prospects which you can develop and make your own.
HOURS:Day hours are between 07:00 – 22:00 and nights are between 22:00 – 07:00
Split shifts and shorter hours are available
LOCATION:Lincolnshire
